Discover the world, learn new things and build trust. The puppy is torn out of a world familiar to him and comes to you, a world completely unknown to him and new. He has to learn an incredible amount and process an enormous number of impressions. It is important that the little four-legged friend is not overwhelmed and overtaxed by all the new things to learn. We show you how to build up trust in your puppy. You learn how to introduce your new friend to the new world in a healthy way and we also build up the first everyday signals. The practical training is supported by theory blocks to understand the behaviour and learning process of dogs in depth.
We keep the groups intentionally very small (2 - 4 teams) so that each team can learn at their own pace and we have time for you and your puppy. We also do individual training on request. The game units between the dogs are short, because the dogs forget themselves during the game and unfortunately it often comes to physical and mental overstrain. The learning effect then becomes negative, which we absolutely want to avoid.
We will accompany you during this time, give you advice and show you how to learn the basics for a healthy development with your little furry nose in a balance between action and rest.

The practical course for the Zurich compulsory training programme focuses on exercises relevant to everyday life, which not only provide an important foundation for living together harmoniously but also strengthen the bond between you and your dog. The exercises are developed at each team’s own pace and are based on the principles of positive reinforcement and needs-based rewards.
The course consists of ten sessions and covers the learning objectives of the compulsory practical course in the Canton of Zurich. The start dates for the next course block are listed below. The puppies will soon develop into young adolescents. During this time, we will continue to support you in mastering the challenges during the dog's adolescent development. Successful adolescent development requires a lot of patience, understanding and adjustments in training. Like a teenager, your little four-legged friend will now become more independent, will suddenly not hear as well as before and will find the opposite sex incredibly exciting.
We can provide you with information to help you understand your dog correctly, interpret its signals correctly and support your dog in this phase with targeted training and activities.

Nevertheless, the young dog period often remains a challenging phase, as the changes brought about by puberty and adolescence require a great deal of adjustment on the part of both the dog owners and the dogs themselves. In the young dog course 2, we support you and your dog in training exercises and strategies relevant to everyday life and develop meaningful activity ideas that are tailored to young dogs and their needs. The content corresponds to the requirements of the compulsory practical course in the canton of Zurich.

To understand a dog’s needs, keep it occupied and exercised in a way that suits its nature, and train it properly, you need some knowledge and prior understanding. With our online theory course for first-time dog owners, we make it easier for you and your new four-legged family member to get off to a good start together. This course takes place via Zoom and can be attended from anywhere.
Under the new Zurich Dog Act, which came into force on 1 June 2025, all first-time dog owners must complete a theoretical dog training course. This also applies to people who have not owned a dog for more than 10 years. This theory course fulfils the requirements for the compulsory dog training courses in the Canton of Zurich.

Knowing the needs of a dog, keeping it occupied and exercised in a species-appropriate way and training it requires some knowledge and prior experience. With our theory course for first-time dog owners, we make it easier for you and your pawsome new addition to the family to start life together.
According to the new Zurich Dog Law, which came into force on June 1, 2025, all first-time dog owners must complete theoretical dog training. This also applies to people who have not owned a dog for more than 10 years. This theory course fulfills the requirement for the mandatory dog courses in the canton of Zurich.
The theoretical dog training is completed with a written examination. After successful completion, participants are issued with a certificate in accordance with the Zurich Dog Law.

Try out the world of dog tricks together. Whether it's a roll, a little man or a bang! - the possibilities of trick variations are practically unlimited.
Together we teach the dogs various tricks using small-step training and the rules of positive reinforcement. The focus is on having fun and promoting the bond between dog and human - the tricks should offer the teams an interesting change of pace and at the same time serve as an idea for keeping them occupied at home and on the go.

In mantrailing, the dog follows the individual scent of a person.
In mantrailing, the dog can and should take the lead to show its caregiver the way to a missing person. The length and difficulty of the trail are adapted to the experience, age, health and training level of the dog in question. Mantrailing is a type of activity that almost every dog is enthusiastic about, as it meets their natural needs.
Mantrailing is based on Cumcane® and we start by building up reliable tracking skills in the first few lessons. We support the training with theory.

Agility is all about completing an obstacle course without making mistakes. This consists of various elements such as hurdles, tunnels, slalom or seesaw. In the advanced course, the equipment is worked out individually and later connected to form a course.
The course is very diversified, so that man and dog can feel challenged in every lesson.
To participate in the course, the dog must be at least one year old.
It is also possible for children from the age of eight to join a kids-agility group.
To ensure that dogs and humans can benefit optimally, we run the course either as a group course with three to four teams or as an individual lesson. Which option suits the team best is decided on an individual basis.

In Agility for Kids, children and teenagers dive into the world of agility together with their dogs. We work on obstacles such as jumps, tunnels, and slaloms in a playful way and later combine them into a course. The course is conducted in small groups and has space for three to four teams.
The course is suitable for children aged 10 and up and dogs aged one year and up.

With a walk around the corner the dog is rarely sufficiently occupied. The dogs often lack the mental challenge and support they need.
This course is a kind of potpourri from our other existing courses and workshops as well as from other well-known disciplines. Be it elements from target training, lunging, "dog encounters made easy", nose work and much more - simply what the heart desires. Maybe there is also a deepening in recall training or other crisp everyday tools are refreshed or built up again or we rummage a little in the reward box. This course is certainly always full of surprises and is also very responsive to the wishes of the participants.

Are you looking for a change for your daily walks? Have your walks become routine and you want to keep your dog busy on the way? On our themed walks, dog and human teams meet up for a group walk together. Each walk focuses on a theme that offers the dogs a meaningful activity and serves as inspiration for people to keep their dogs occupied on the go. The focus is definitely on having fun together!
No previous knowledge is required to participate. The participating dogs should be socially acceptable and at least 8 months old. A single or several walks can be booked and registrations are accepted up to three days before the chosen walk.

DoKi (Dogs&Kids) - Fun and games for dog and child
In this DoKi course, kids are introduced to the world of dog training in a playful way. We respond individually to the wishes and needs of each kid-dog team. Whether it is agility, dog tricks or dog training - the kids are closely supervised and learn how to work with their four-legged friends in a fun and playful way. We pass on our knowledge of dog training according to the rules of positive reinforcement to the generation of tomorrow in a kid-friendly way.
Fun is definitely at the forefront of this course!

For many dogs, making contact and playing with other dogs is an important need. Especially for young dogs, interaction with suitable social partners is an important part of their development and satisfying their needs. However, in everyday life it is not so easy to find the right play partner to enable the dogs to play in a balanced way that suits everyone involved.
In Playdate, we let the dogs make contact with each other in carefully selected constellations and play with each other if the pairing is suitable. By gradually introducing the dogs to each other and adapting their approach to the dogs' pace, we avoid excessive demands, bullying or other unpleasant experiences. As the Playdate is carried out with a maximum of four participating dogs, close supervision is possible, ensuring that the dogs can play and interact according to their needs.
Participation is suitable for dogs aged 8 months and over.

Well-constructed lunging involves various aspects: Distance control, communication at a distance, physical and mental exercise, attention training, variety for humans and dogs, promoting team bonding and much more.
In the advanced course, lunging skills are deepened. Distance work is further developed and the lunging circles are combined with obstacles, new elements and additional circles. The teams are gradually introduced to new challenges so that their skills are consolidated and expanded with plenty of variety.
Lunging is a great activity for dogs that like to run and for dogs that like to work on sight. The course is therefore particularly suitable for young dogs in the adolescent phase as well as for adult dogs with a great urge to move who would like to get rid of their energy.
This is a course for teams that already have experience in lunging and/or have attended the beginners' course.
The dog's nose holds many secrets to us. We are always enormously fascinated by what dogs can do in search work.
In this basic course we work together on the various areas of nose work such as introduction to therapeutic searching, object searching, scent searching and tracking.
This course includes 5 practical lessons.
They build on each other, so it makes sense to attend all dates if possible.
The lessons will be held outdoors and if necessary indoors.
Dummy training has its origins in hunting and is becoming increasingly popular as a way of keeping dogs of all breeds busy. Hunting-like situations are simulated and dummies are used instead of real game.
Dummy work includes other exciting training elements in addition to retrieving. It is a varied and challenging activity in which the dog is allowed to use all its senses and is challenged both mentally and physically.
Dummy training also includes various elements of hunting behavior such as focusing, chasing, picking up and carrying back objects. These elements make perfect sense as an activity for dogs with hunting ambitions and offer an exciting alternative.
But you can also benefit from many elements of dummy work in everyday life: Footwork, recall and stopping at a distance are just a few examples.
All retrieving dogs are welcome, regardless of breed, origin or size.

The goal in NADAC (also called Hoopers) is to guide the dog through a course at a distance using visual and audio signals. The human moves in a defined area and sends the dog over and through the obstacles.
No jumps are used in the NADAC; therefore, this course is also suitable for dogs that should not be subjected to too much stress due to a physical limitation.
In order for dogs and humans to benefit optimally, we adapt the form of learning individually to the team. Depending on the initial situation and preference, the courses take place in a group or individual setting.

In our small dog course, topics relevant to everyday life from various areas are addressed and activities are developed that meet the needs of small dogs.
The teams learn various strategies for challenging situations and focus on exercises that are fun for humans and dogs and promote bonding.
The content is individually tailored to the teams and can include the following learning objectives:
- Leash walking with small dogs
- Tips and tricks to simplify everyday activities such as leashing or grooming small dogs

Do you have a senior dog and want to keep it occupied in a needs-oriented way? Even older dogs still want to be challenged.
This course offers older and senior dogs needs- and age-appropriate activities. Tailored to the individual abilities and preferences of senior dogs, we work on exercises such as gymnastics, tricks, nose work and target training.
Fun, challenges, ideas for everyday life and relaxation are all part of the program. Dogs with sensory or other impairments are also very welcome.
